Getting Started Workshop Returns!

Our “Getting Started” workshops have always been our most popular classes and this year we are bringing you something completely new and exciting!

In the morning will be Fire and Building Safety. Are you thinking about getting into the haunted attraction industry or have you had problems meeting required codes? Are you aware states and local code officials could be enforcing new standards for meeting disability requirements? Whether you are new to the industry or a veteran haunter having problems meeting code requirements; this class could save you many hours of lost time and thousands of dollars in mistakes and penalties.

In the afternoon, you will learn the ins and outs of starting a brand new haunt from the instructors who just went through it last year. Throughout the class you will hear the story of FORSAKEN , a brand new haunted attraction for the 2011 season, built in Mentor, Ohio. From concept to the closing cast party, they will tell it all.
